I guide creative dance and writing workshops with embodied anatomy, dance and improvisation to create spaces where we find connection back to the moving body and our environment.
Working with touch, movement and choreographic improvisation I create artwork, installations and performances that support community creativity and environment.
All work has been coming from working and studying the moving body in action within the field of performing arts, specialised in improvisation. After some injuries and studies several somatic approaches towards the body and healthy ways of moving to protect ( feldenkrais, bmc, qi gong, axis syllabus), I have been busy finding creative ways of moving towards a body that moves with ease, joy and support.
The teaching comes under a frame of rhe.connect that is movement practices based on the anatomy of the body and creative action to bring spaces where we can find our joy and love for the moving body.
Alongside teaching and creating works I offer artistic mentoring, supporting individuals to their creative expression in fields of art.
